Eligibility for the Admission to first year Diploma in Pharmacy

For admission to the first year Diploma course in Pharmacy, the candidate should have passed the Higher Secondary Certificate Examination (XII) of Maharashtra state board by the Secondary and Higher secondary Education or any examination declared by the said board to be equivalent there to , with and in

1) Physics , 2) Chemistry, 3) Biology, 4) Mathematics, 5) English

Domicile:

Domicile Certificate is not necessary if the candidate has passed the qualifying examination from a recognized institute in Maharashtra and has studied and passed his/her X, XI, & XII standard examination from recognized school in Mahrashtra.

Reservation:

Rules & Regulation about Reservation:-Candidate belonging to the SC ST VJ/DT (A) NT-1 NT-2 NT-3 OBC & SBC categories shall be admitted to the course in the institute in accordance with the Govt. of Maharashtra G R and the DTE rules Such candidate will be admitted to the institute, provided that such admissions do not exceeds the specified percentage limit with sub allocations of differences categories, 30% seats of the sanctioned intake shall be reserved for female candidate. If female candidate do not become available these seats shall be offered to male candidate.

Applications & The Documents Required:  

No application will be considered unless it is accompanied with a set of all original Certificate as well as two separate seats of the attested copies of the following.

1 ) Statement of marks of the qualifying examination. (For all candidates)

2) School / institute leaving Certificate

(After qualifying examination Certificate)

  • Statements of marks of the S.S.C (Std X) or equivalent examination.]
  • Caste certificate (If the candidate belong to the backward class)
  • Ceamy layer exemption certificate, valid for the current year issued by the concerned collector /Deputy Collector/Sub Divisional Officer etc. (if the candidates belong to the NT2 / NT3 / OBC category.
  • Domicile certificate ( For out of Maharashtra state students)
  • Ten recent passport size photographs. ( At least 4 black & white)
  • Copies of the certificate attached to the application from should be attested by the Head Master / Principal of the school / institute or gazette officer or special Executive Magistrate
  • Candidates have to submit all original documents at the time of admission strictly. Any delay in submitting the required documents will not be entertained.

Application for the admission shall not be considered unless it is:  

  • Properly & correctly filled in.
  • Accompanied by the attested copies of the required certificates.
  • Received in the proper authority on or before the last date & time prescribed.

Admission Procedure

After publication of Admission Notification by D T E aspiring &eligible candidates are required to fill in online application from take the principal of online Application Form and confirm online application form in person along with duly signed printout of online application form and (both original &attested copies) at application form Receipt center (ARC) The merit list of eligible candidates for centralized Admission process (CAP) will be displayed on website.

The admission procedure will be conducted by D.T.E detailed schedule and activity will be activity will be shortly notified in Newspaper and at our College.

Transfer of the candidates:

A candidates once admitted to the first year will not be transferred to any other institute during the same year of the course.

Conduct & Discipline:

Action against ragging: Maharashtra Prohibition of Ragging Act 1999 which is in effect from 15 th may 1999.  

  • Ragging within & outside of the institution: Any candidate whosoever directly or indirectly commits, Participates in, abets or Propagates Ragging within & outside the institution, on conviction will be punished strictly according to the provisions of the above said law leading to the imprisonment for a team of Two years & or penalty which may extend to ten thousand rupees.
  • Any student convicted of an offence of ragging will be dismissal from the institute immediately & such student will not be admitted to any other educational institution for a period of five year from the date of order of such dismissal.

Any student while studying in the institute if found indulging in anti-national activities contrary to the provisions of Act & Laws enforced by Government, shall be expelled from the institution without any notice by the principal. If any of the statements made in application form or any information supplied by the candidate connection, with his/her Admission is at any time, found to be incorrect, false or missleading, such candidate will not be considered for the admission ,& if already admitted His / her admission will be cancelled, fees fortified& he / she will be expelled from the institute by the principal & prosecuted by the government if deemed necessary.

All the candidates on admission will be governed by the institute for the students.
